Feminine Frequency

 is an intentional women’s gathering centered around connection, authenticity, reflection, and the power of women coming together.

We begin each evening with an immersive sound bath, giving you time to settle in, quiet some of the outside noise, and soften the walls we naturally carry with us into a room.

From there, we move into a thoughtfully created workshop centered around a different theme each month. We might journal, create, laugh, reflect, have meaningful conversations, or participate in activities that help us connect more genuinely with ourselves and the women around us.

Some moments are meaningful. Some are lighthearted. And there is never pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with.

You don’t need to know anyone before you come. You don’t need to be a certain kind of woman. And you definitely don’t need to have life figured out.

Just come as you are.

A night to rest your nervous system, let your guard down a little, and experience what can happen when women intentionally make space for one another.
